One such person isDebbie Johnson’s son Colt Johnson. He may not always be on the right side of history, or politically correct, but from season one he has gone through a transformational journey that got him where he is. Here is a sneak peek into where Colt Johnson is at the moment.
Colt Johnson’s early days
Ever since he made his debut in season six, Colt has gone through a long journey to get to where he is today. Living under his mother's thumb, Colt initially seemed like he had no personality of his own. Labeled a villain and mama’s boy, Debbie was always in the crux of Colt’s relationships, which the audiences found extremely unhealthy. As per Screenrant, in the beginning, his job was creating software for slot machines.
He was also involved in a turbulent relationship with Larissa, who often had to face Debbie’s intrusiveness as well. Overall, he was torn between an unsatisfying job, relationship trouble, and an apparently unhealthy relationship with his mother.
Colt Johnson’s life now
Cut to today, and Colt seems to have found his own footing in the world. He moved out during the show and is living apart from his mother. He seems to have struck a healthy balance with his mother after moving out.
He also got remarried to Vanessa and their romantic relationship seems to be going strong. Colt also made tremendous growth career-wise. After being laid off during the pandemic, he bounced back by creating his own business in the software industry. He is one of the few stars from the show who doesn’t rely on it entirely for his income.
