Despite having a love interest in Josh Weinstein, Natalie often seems torn between him and Mike, which left fans wondering if the couple has really moved on. Natalie and Michael’s reunion
Natalie had recently visited Michael after he helped her mom flee from Ukraine. And Natalie admitted to being nervous because she never thought she’d be visiting the house where they lived together again.
Memories kept flooding in, as Natalie thought of all the times they shared in Mike’s trailer. As per People, she said:
I feel like I was very legendary for him. I was [a] legendary woman for Michael because he never met anyone like me, and I don't think he ever will.

Once Natalie and Mike sat down to talk, they ventured into more sensitive topics like their break-up. Both of them expressed the hurt that their breakup caused. Natalie shared the emotional status she was in, with low confidence, depression, and anger at the time. Mike sympathized with this but also said that she caused him a lot of pain when she left.
Things took a turn when Natalie admitted she could never take Mike out of her life, and that she still loved him. She then made this bombshell offer:
I could move back.
To this, Michael said nothing, leaving things a little unclear for everyone.
