Before Chris, Amanda had a failed marriage with well-loved TV presenter Les Dennis. Here’s how her love life has been over the years.
Amanda Holden and Chris Hughes
The two met in 2003 in LA and started dating a year after that before tying the knot in 2008. Amanda’s wedding with Chris was a breathtaking ‘Christmas-themed’ nuptial, confirmed Hello Magazine. The decor featured lashings of fake snow and exquisite ivy trimmings that led to a festive celebration. Their wedding was followed by an ‘ultra-exclusive wedding reception at private member's club Babington House.’
Amanda and Chris have two beautiful daughters - Lexi, 17 and Hollie, 11. Amanda currently lives in an extravagant £5 million mansion in Surrey and is understood to be moving to LA. Her eldest daughter Lexi, who was nearly 2 years old when her parents got married, is looking for universities in the States. The 52-year-old usually keeps her daughters out of the public eye, but rare social media posts show that they’re as beautiful as their mother if not more.
While Chris and Amanda enjoy their personal life with their daughters, the two have lost two children. In 2010, the BGT judge suffered a miscarriage and in 2011 their son Theo was stillborn 28 weeks into her pregnancy.

Amanda Holden and Les Dennis
Before being entirely committed to Chris, Amanda has had her fair share of mistakes. During her first marriage with Les Dennis, Amanda cheated on him with Men Behaving Badly actor Neil Morrissey in 2000. Amanda and Les shared an age gap of 18 years and she was only 22 when she got married to the comedian, according The Mirror. They met while performing in The Sound of Music in 1993 and got married in 1995.
Amanda’s marriage with Les lasted for 8 years and was on and off for a while. After her 2000 cheating scandal, the pair gave their relationship another chance before calling it quits for good in 2002. Amanda speaks highly of Les but described it as the ‘worst time of her life.’
