Amber Heard reveals unknown skill while talking about her life in Spain

Amber Heard has been through a lot, to say the least. The actress had to sit under the public eye everyday during her trial against her ex-husband Johnny Depp, as many Internet users rallied against her. On top of having her private life investigated on live television, she also had to pay him $1 million after the trial.

Now, the 37-year-old actress is apparently taking a fresh start in Spain, where she hopes to live peacefully, away from American media. A few months ago, she moved to Madrid with her 2-year-old daughter, Oonagh. TMZ reports the actress told a reporter she is now 'very happy' in Spain.

Heard wants peace and quiet after a very public trial

In the spring of 2022, Amber Heard and her ex-husband Johnny Depp went up against each other in what was probably one of the most public trials in modern times. Indeed, every minute of the testimonies was relayed on live television, and commented online. The trial was a result of Johnny Depp suing his ex-wife for defamation over accusations of domestic violence. The jury did not find any of them innocent, and they were both found guilty on some charges.

Both Depp and Heard had to pay each other, but they eventually agreed on a settlement to finally move on with their lives. Amber Heard had to pay Johnny Depp $1 million, which he has decided to give to five different charities.

The actress is enjoying her time in Spain, but it is not a new life

A new video shared by TMZ shows the actress speaking to a reporter in fluent Spanish, after having lunch in Madrid. Amber Heard then tells the reporter she is 'very happy' in Spain, and she 'loves living here'. However, although some people qualified her move as a way to start a new life with her daughter, the actress explained:

Well, I have a life.

Before getting into a cab, and telling the reporter 'good luck'.

Amber Heard will soon be back on the big screen: On June 24, she will present her new film In The Fire at the Taormina Film Festival in Sicily.
