Amber Heard’s sister testifies against Johnny Depp and his alleged abuse

The Washington Postreported that Heard's sister witnessed 'physical fights' between the ex-couple. To support her accusations, Heard's sister, Whitney Henriquez, was called to the stand to testify about an alleged violent argument that occurred on 23 March 2015. On that date, the couple had been married for a month and were exchanging insults in their Los Angeles duplex, according to the sister. Heard got angry and accused Depp of cheating on her, she then proceeds to leave the scene with Henriquez, however, she claims that Depp ran up the stairs and ‘hit her in the back’

Rolling Stone reported that Heard’s sister witnessed the ex-couple engage in a massive fight and claimed that Depp got violent in a fit of rage. As per Henriquez's testimony, the 58-year-old actor also shouted profanities and broke several objects. She said:

I hear Amber screaming 'Don't fucking touch my sister'. She slaps him. And then he grabs her… Johnny had already grabbed her by the hair with one hand and was hitting her with the other

Whitney Henriquez then asserted that Depp had allegedly asked her to sign a confidentiality agreement after this violent argument, but she declined his request. Then she explained that the actor was turning under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
