The 51-year-old former star owns his own building company and was recently spotted working on a construction site in Liverpool. Craig looked in great shape and quite similar to his younger self with a hint of transformation into a silver fox. Craig has turned his back on the limelight and enjoys running his own business now.
During his time in the BB house, he won the public’s heart after he comforted Nasty Nick about his note-passing in the BB house. Big Brother’s Craig Phillips back to his normal job
Craig stayed true to his passion for building even after the show ended. He famously appeared on a lot of home-makeover shows and enjoyed success as a DIY and home improvement expert for various TV shows.
Speaking about his career a few years ago, Craig said:
The best part of the 20 years I've very pleased to say that I've continuously worked off the back of BB, whether it was working on TV Makeover shows and creating online DIY videos, or when I’ve not been working with the media, I've been buying dozens of houses to renovate and add to my rented portfolio.
The most recent was our very own ‘dream build’, in which me and Laura my wife, build a super house that I’ve dreamt of building for over 20 years. We managed to just about get it all finished off ready for our first child's arrival in March 2019.
The new Big Brother Reboot will be hosted by Will Best and AJ Odudu and will air on ITV in October.
