During a recent interview with US Vogue, the Ocean Eyes singer spoke out to say that the whole situation still upsets her. Defending Drake, she said:

"Everybody's so sensitive. A grown man can't be a fan of an artist?"
She continued with digs at the users of the internet who so often like to blow things out of proportion:
"There are so many people that the internet should be more worried about. Like, you're really going to say that Drake is creepy because he's a fan of mine, and then you're going to go vote for Trump? What the f*** is that s***?"
At the Grammy's the Bad Guy singer nearly hit a full sweep by claiming some of the most prestigious awards such as Album of the Year, Song, Record and Pop Vocal Album. She also won for a Grammy for Best New Artist, which is no small feat given the massive amounts of talent she was up against such as Lil Nas X with his breakout song Old Town Road, and Lizzo with her insanely popular hit Truth Hurts.
Eilish, who just turned 18 in December, is now the youngest artist to have ever won Album of the Year, replacing Bad Blood singer Taylor Swift and she recently announced that she'd be singing the theme to the last of Daniel Craig's Bond FilmsNo Time, To Die. The Bond films have always known for their elaborate and elegant intros.
It would seem that Drake was simply congratulating Billie on her numerous accomplishments and genuinely showing love and respect for a fellow artist and very talented young woman.
