Brigitte Macron's life has taken unexpected turns. First when she became a press secretary, then when she became a teacher and serendipitously met her husband, a future President, among those she was educating.

Brigitte Macron, born Trogneux in Amiens France in 1953. She comes from a family that owns a 'chocolaterie'. She has three children from a previous marriage before she met her current husband Emmanuel Macron the President of France.
Brigitte is known for being a teacher but she also worked as a press secretary when she was 29 at the Nord-Pas-de-Calais Chamber of Commerce. She also tried to make a foray into politics as she unsuccessfully ran for a seat on the Truchtersheim city council.
When she went back to teaching, she met Emmanuel at Lycée la Providence. She was his drama teacher.
