Carl Woods reveals he has suffered a slew of online abuse
In the short clips, Woods revealed that a barrage of online harassment following Price’s alleged assault had driven him away from social platforms and that ‘this past month has been one of the roughest months of my life. Never ever ever have I felt so low.’
People just jump on the bandwagon they start abusing and say the most vile things with no factual information whatsoever. So I had to just go into hiding and shut down.
The ex-Love Islander then urged all those pointing fingers to ‘remember who I am and all the things that I did at the start when I first came onto the scene.’
Carl insisted he was a ‘good fella’ and always will be ‘and anyone that thinks anything different of me - when you know the truth, when I’m allowed to tell the truth, you’ll be eating your words.’
The car salesman ended the message by once again stating he would ‘never do anything to hurt Katie.’
This isn’t the first time Carl has had to defend himself online
Woods has been on the receiving end of ‘vile’ comments ever since Katie Price’s alleged assault last month, which resulted in her sustaining injuries to the face. Two week’s after the event Woods had again posted online, calling accusers ‘delusional’ and having ‘no idea of the reality of the situation.’
Following the events on August 23rd, police arrived at the scene and promptly arrested a 32-year-old on suspicion of theft, assault and coercive and controlling behaviour.
The person was placed on bail until September 20th and which was then extended until the end of this week.
