Almost a full year after their final split, Katie Price and Carl Woods are still taking digs at each other, and this time, the Love Island star has spoken out about his ex's mental state, as she continues to undergo numerous cosmetic surgeries. Here's what he said.

Carl Woods issues terrifying statement about Katie Price
Katie Price and Carl Woods had a rocky three-year-long relationship, during which they got engaged, and they broke up several times before finally calling it quits in November 2023. However, it seems they are not ready to bury the hatchet, as the Love Island star has recently called out his ex-fiancée about her endless cosmetic surgeries. He gave an exclusive interview to OK! Magazine, spilling the beans on their up-and-down relationship. Carl Woods claims his ex-girlfriend is addicted to getting surgery, and it might one day cost her more than money. He explained:
They say in your life you can only have so much anaesthetic before it’s a problem. And like everything in her life, Kate likes to push the boundaries. I feel like she’ll never be happy.
He also mentioned that he is scared she will not wake up one day, and that she is completely oblivious to the dangers of getting so much anaesthetics. He went on:
Unfortunately, there could be that final time she doesn’t wake up. Sadly, I do 100% believe that could happen. But Kate never spoke to me about being scared about it, she’d brush off all that talk.
He has spoken out about their relationship before
This is not the first time Carl Woods has spoken out about his relationship with Katie Price. In September 2024, he told Closer he was worried for her new fiancé, 31-year-old JJ Slater. He explained that the young man could be cast aside by the reality TV star once he has reached the end of his 'shelf life'. He said:
She won't ever be happy with anyone. I would like to say she'd be happy with JJ... but unfortunately you always have a shelf life.
He also argued he recognized patterns in Katie Price's relationships, and that JJ will probably be the next one on a long list of men who have been let down.
Carl Woods said that being in a relationship with the reality TV star is no piece of cake, and that it takes a strong character to live with her for a while, as she is always looking for her next thrill. He said:
I think a lot of it stems from boredom. For her, it's all brand-new and shiny and exciting, and then she gets bored and is looking for the next thrill. I'm a very strong person and she made absolute mincemeat of me. So if she does the same, that poor f***er hasn't got a chance. We talk about cheating but this is just how life is when you're with her. She'll never stop.
