Since announcing that she is suffering from Stiff Person Syndrome in 2023, Céline Dion has kept a very low profile, leaving her fans in the lurch. Fortunately, the situation has changed! This May, the international star came out of her silence by appearing on the front cover of Vogue France. To mark the occasion, she agreed to share a health update in a lengthy interview.

'I want to be the best I can be'
For the past few weeks, Céline Dion has been showing off more and more. As a result, the interpreter of My Heart Will Go On has a very busy schedule. The Vogue France journalist asked her if she was managing everything, between her illness and her life as an artist. She answered:
It's going well, but it's a lot of work. We're going to find, I hope, a miracle, a way to cure with scientific research, but I have to learn to live with it.
Céline Dion went on to reveal what she does to get better. She explained:
Five days a week, I am going through therapy, athletic, physical and vocal therapy. I work my toes, my knees, my calves, my fingers, my singing, my voice.
I've chosen to work with my whole body and soul, from head to toe, with a medical team. I want to be the best I can be. My goal is to see the Eiffel Tower again.
A return to Las Vegas?
Although she has been forced to cancel all her concerts, Céline Dion still hopes to reunite with her public on stage and perform in Las Vegas. She said:
I can't answer that. Because for four years, I told myself that I wouldn't go back, that I was ready, that I wasn't ready. Today, I can't say, 'Yes, in four months'. I don't know... My body will tell me.
