Chris Hughes body transformation
But now Chris has revealed in an interview with The Sun that he’s happy with his physique as it is, saying:
Some days all I want to do is just eat. When I did that ice bath challenge I was like, ‘God, my body does not look like it did four years ago in Love Island’. But I’m happy in my own skin. It doesn’t make me any less happy with what I am now.
In a further refreshing and relatable admission, Chris revealed he’s no big fan of the gym, saying:
If I’ve got a holiday coming up I might get in the gym for a month beforehand. But I don’t really enjoy going, if I’m honest. I just occasionally set foot in there for about 20 minutes and get out.
Chris Hughes looking for love
If you’re a fan of Chris’ new bod, you might want to get yourself on dating app Happn - as that’s where Chris is apparently looking for love. He’s an ambassador for the app, writing on Instagram:
I am determined to make a change this year and I’m starting with my love life... Download happn and put these pointers to the test @happn.uk. See ya there!.
Following his painful split from Little Mix star Jesy Nelson last year, Chris has hinted that he’s open to dating someone outside of showbiz circles. He admitted that the conflicting schedules of showbiz types can make things difficult, saying:
If you’re both doing two different things within an industry it makes it harder to see each other at times.
