Conspiracy theory claims Beyoncé and Rihanna are part of the Illuminati

There are countless conspiracy theories. They suggest to us that there is a world conspiracy going on before our eyes that we know nothing about. These theories often involve celebrities whose aim is to lull the population about their true motives and divert people's eyes from the famous conspiracy. Today we look at the Illuminati conspiracy, whose distinguished members are said to include Rihanna and Beyoncé.

The Illuminati: the origin of the conspiracy theory

To understand the origin of this - admittedly far-fetched - story, we have to go back in time. The year is 2007 and Rihanna is becoming an international star with her hit Umbrella. In the music video for this song, trained eyes could see evidence that the Barbados-born singer, who is dating rapper ASAP Rocky, is in fact an illuminati or has sold her soul to the devil. The choice is yours.

In the clip, famous experts could see Rihanna transforming from a good girl into a voluptuous young woman. That was all it took to interpret with unparalleled accuracy that this was a change from light to darkness and thus her allegiance to the devil. Logical.

A few years later, in 2010, the pop star held a notebook with the inscription Princess of Illuminatis in her hands in the music video for S&M. Now it was certain: Rihanna is definitely one of the Illuminati, right?

Back to 2023, when Rihanna made her comeback on stage at the Superbowl concert. Although, to our knowledge, no further evidence of the singer's involvement with the Illuminati has come out, Riri is said to have become one of the Illuminati again, no doubt to celebrate her comeback.

For example, the superstar from Barbados had come onto the stage from the air during the half-time break of the Superbowl and had revealed a triangular shape with the arrangement of her dancers. Was this a coincidence? Yes, very likely. And then, in a moment that was not televised, the superstar allegedly made a diamond sign with her fingers. It's not a triangle, as custom demands, but hey, maybe the Illuminati are getting with the times.

Conspiracy experts have also allegedly recognised the involvement of Queen B and her husband Jay-Z in the Illuminati conspiracy during Beyoncé's performances. During their performances, the two singers would ask their audience to form a triangle with their hands and stretch them up to the sky. And that's pretty much it. Convinced?

Rihanna declared 'persona non grata' in Senegal

In 2018, Rihanna visited Senegal as an ambassador for the Global Partnership for Education (GPE), accompanied by Emmanuel Macron and Senegalese President Macky Sall. The purpose of the visit? Not a concert or the unveiling of products from her Fenty brand, but the inauguration of a school. However, the event had been cancelled due to security concerns.

In fact, religious groups campaigning against freemasonry and homosexuality in the country had seen through Riri's game. Strangely, the date of the SME event coincided exactly with the date of the 'African and Malagasy Humanist and Masonic Meeting'. As luck would have it...

So, given the so-called 'evidence' that had been available for many years, Rihanna was affiliated with this movement. Worse, if the event had taken place in KMU, according to the religious groups, it would have 'led to the emergence of an educational programme aimed at turning future generations into followers of Satan'.

Rihanna was declared 'persona non grata' in Senegal by the religious groups because of her multiple 'proven' membership in the Illuminati and her 'proven' commitment to Satan.

The Illuminati in a nutshell

To quickly understand what the Illuminati conspiracy is all about, we need to go back to 18th century Germany, Bavaria. At that time, a Bavarian professor, Adam Weishaupt, set up a think tank to look at how modern societies could be governed, as religious bodies were, in his opinion, not suitable for that purpose, according to the National Geographic. The organisation was dissolved in 1785, but survived and has been striving for global domination since its dissolution.

According to the report, the Illuminati would infiltrate revolutionary societies or societies with unstable governments and were so powerful that they could even afford the luxury of infiltrating other secret societies such as the Freemasons.

Other stars and personalities are also said to belong to the Illuminati

A secret society that aspires to world domination must have many members, but above all influential members. Yes, what could be better suited to lead the population to enlightenment? So here is a non-exhaustive list - because you don't know everything - of personalities and stars allegedly involved with the Illuminati:

  • Madonna
  • Lady Gaga
  • Blue Ivy, the daughter of Beyoncé and Jay-Z, whose name is allegedly an acronym for 'Eulb Yvi', which is said to mean 'Lucifer's daughter' in Hebrew
  • Céline Dion
  • Miley Cyrus
  • Angelina Jolie
  • Michelle Obama
  • Britney Spears
  • Ryan Gosling
  • The majority of US presidents; French presidents, for their part, apparently favour the Freemasons

Of course, although it goes without saying, there is no proof for the existence of the Illuminati conspiracy and thus for the affiliation of some members to this secret society. However, social networks are a perfect playground for anyone who wants to come up with their own theory. So don't believe everything you read.
