It looks like more heartache is in store for Love Island 2018 winner Dani Dyer, as her longterm boyfriend Sammy Kimmence faces trial in June for allegedly scamming an 80-year-old and a 90-year-old who have brought the legal complaints against him. Sammy appeared in court on Monday morning to deny the charges.

Sammy was bailed and will face trial at Portsmouth Crown Court from 29th June. According to The Portsmouth News, the accusations relate to Sammy’s involvement with the investment business S & S Trading Ltd. He is also charged with not being registered or exempt whilst engaging in an investment business, which constitutes a regulated activity. He pleaded not guilty to both charges.
Neither Sammy nor Dani seemed worried about the upcoming court case on social media, with Sammy posting photos of a lads’ night out in Brentwood on Sunday evening captioned
‘First time I been to that vine gaff in Brentwood it’s pretty decent ain’t it ☹️’ and Dani, who seemed to have been having a quiet Sunday at home, was the first to comment ‘Handsome❤️❤️’.
Who is Sammy Kimmence?
Sammy Kimmence is a 23-year-old stockbroker from Essex. He came into the public eye when he reunited with ex-girlfriend Dani Dyer shortly after she split from her fellow Love Island winner Jack Fincham in April 2019. The lovebirds were pictured snogging in the street just weeks after she split from Jack.
The young couple had previously dated for a year prior to Dani’s appearance on Love Island but split with Dani describing him as a ‘liar’ and sources suggesting that he had cheated on her. However, all seems to be well between them since their reunion and it was even rumoured last month that the couple could marry soon, after Dani’s ex Jack Fincham recently announced he’d become a father.
