He claimed to have eaten ‘the best Cubano in town’, as attested by his own Instagram story, in a popular, yet small, sandwich joint in the city. Here’s everything you need to know about Beckham’s favorite sandwich and what he had to say about it.
Beckham’s favorite Cubano
Beckham dined in a sandwich shop in Miami just a few days prior to his son Brooklyn’s wedding to Nicola Peltz. He uploaded a picture with the staff of his most beloved sandwich shop, Enriqueta’s. Beckham, whose multi-million-pound super yacht known as ‘Seven’, is docked just down the road. So one can assume that the 47-year-old football sensation frequents this humble sandwich joint, as he appeared to be at ease and right at home with its staff.
Enriqueta’s iconic sandwiches
Marketing and promoting this small-time joint, Beckham described its $5.35 sandwiches as:
The best Cubano sandwiches in town.
The small diner is a family-owned establishment, or as the football star describes it, a ‘la familia’ business. Beckham proudly advertised this humble diner to his massive 72 million follower count on Instagram. And he even went the extra mile of praising the Cortadito coffee available in the establishment. This Instagram story goes a long way in shaping this small-time brand.
