Since 2001, Dermot O’Leary has been a fixture of British TV. The man started as a runner at Channel 4 before hosting Big Brother’s Little Brother. In 2007 it was announced that O’Leary would be the new host of the hit TV show The X Factor. He ended up hosting the talent show for 8 years before moving away in 2015.

He did come back to The X Factor in 2016. Recently, O’Leary has been in the spotlight due to his attachment to ITV’s troubled show This Morning. In 2020, it was announced that he and Alison Hammond would take over Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford and host on Friday mornings.
However, his role on the show expanded when Phillip Schofield left in May 2023 and ITV struggled to find a replacement. His long and prolific career has allowed O’Leary to be the proud owner of a gorgeous London house.
Dermot O’Leary’s London home
On 7 February, Hello! published a piece showcasing the presenter’s beautiful home. According to the tabloid, the house is located in Primrose Hill, a very fancy area of London close to Regent’s Park.
The area is known for having the most beautiful viewpoints in North London and many rich and famous people live there. Just to name a name, O'Leary's neighbours include Kate Moss, Jamie Oliver and Daniel Craig. O’Leary shares the house with his wife of 12 years Dee Koppang.
Though Hello! didn’t get direct access to the house to write their piece, O’Leary and Koppang show off the property on their respective Instagram pages. In the picture it is clear that the house is a typical Victorian house with its stairs and big windows. It is also obvious that the couple, or the previous owners, have refurbished it to meet today’s standards of living.
Looking at the pictures shared by Hello! the house’s best feature is a balcony. It is situated at the back of their home and enjoys a romantic feel with wisteria on the railing and climbing up the wall.
Who is Dermot O’Leary’s wife Dee Koppang?
Dee Koppang is much more than being Dermot O’Leary’s wife. The woman is a film director as well as a producer. In her career, she has directed and worked on huge projects including The Crown, Bridgerton and The Split.
Being a producer, that’s how she met O’Leary. It is reported by The Sun that Koppang and the TV presenter met in 2002 but only got engaged in 2011 while on a trip to New York. Their wedding took place in 2012. In 2021, the couple welcomed a son.
Though it is known that the two are together and they go to events together, they tend to keep their relationship private. Koppang’s Instagram is filled with pictures of the couple but without revealing too much.
On his side, Dermot’s Instagram is mostly dedicated to his work. He often shares clips from This Morning; pictures of the guests and of his co-hosts.
