It looks like Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury may have welcomed a new four-legged family member. On Friday, Tommy shared a clip of a dog to his Instagram story accompanied by a heart emoji and the ‘You’ve Got A Friend In Me’ music from Toy Story. A far cry from Molly-Mae and Tommy’s previous dog Pomeranian Mr. Chai, this pooch is a German Shepherd.

Security dog
Rumour has it that Molly-Mae and Tommy have purchased the dog to provide security for their home after they suffered a break-in and burglary last year. German Shepherds are one of the breeds available from Elite Protection Dogs, who provide security dogs to celebs and other high-profile clients. They also sell Dobermans, Rottweilers and Belgian Shepherds, with prices starting at £20,000.
Back in November, a source told The Sun:
As soon as the burglary was discovered, Molly said she’d never live in the flat again and that she wanted the security of living in a house. But the prices for rent are crazy and they are looking to buy somewhere asap. Tommy also says he wants a guard dog because they are a real deterrent. Most of the footballers in the area have them and the burglars just stay away because these animals are ferocious.
Did Tommy and Molly-Mae get a dog?
On the other hand, Tommy and Molly-Mae haven’t made any official announcement about the dog and in their Instagram stories from a walk in Saddleworth this weekend, the German Shepherd was nowhere to be seen. While it’s possible they’re keeping the canine on the down-low for now, it’s also possible the pet actually belongs to friends or family of the couple. Either way, it sounds like a new four-legged friend is definitely on the radar for Tommy and Molly-Mae.
