Hugh Bonneville has been married for 25 years but has announced that he and his wife, Lulu Williams, are going their separate ways. As reported by Daily Mail, the couple’s split may not be as simple or smooth as expected.

Before it was confirmed that Hugh Bonneville and Lulu Williams were going their separate ways, Hugh had gone to his Downton Abbey co-star, Michelle Dockery’s wedding without his wife and without his wedding ring. He had also gone to King Charles' Coronation concert without Lulu but was wearing his wedding ring.
As per Daily Mail, a spokesperson has confirmed that Hugh and Lulu are separating. The two had been married for 25 years and shared a home in West Sussex. According to an unnamed source, the split isn’t going well:
It is clear that Lulu feels as if 20-odd years of marriage counts for nothing.
The couple’s split comes just five years after Hugh and Lulu renewed their vows in Las Vegas.
What is Hugh Bonneville doing now?
Hugh Bonneville has been in several films since he played Robert Crawley, Earl of Grantham in Downton Abbey. Hugh has appeared in the first two instalments of Paddington Bear and will appear in the third, which has allegedly begun its production, as per Daily Mail.
Moreover, Bonneville has published a memoir entitled Playing Under the Piano: From Downton to Darkest Peru. The memoir was first published in the UK and Ireland on June 15th.
In his memoir, Hugh recalls his first on-stage experience in his school nativity play to what it was like working with big names such as Judi Dench and Julia Roberts. He also talks about his big movie break, playing Rober de Niro’s right leg as Frankenstein’s monster.
Hugh also touches on some harder parts of his life, including his father’s battle with dementia and learning that his mother had a life in the secret service but only after she had passed.
