Drew Barrymore, the actress raised in a Hollywood world has recently come out on Instagram giving us a candid insight to her struggles with a changing body. Like most women, the 'Santa Clarita Diet' actress' body has changed over the years, especially post-pregnancy.

Barrymore has two young girls, Olive, 6, and Frankie, 5, she claims 'It was a true miracle to even be able to have these girls. So whatever the aftermath on my body, well bring it on!'
The 'ET' actress goes on to admit that there were days where she cried in her closet and she hated getting dressed. Let's not lie we have all had those days before, where nothing seems to fit right or look good and you just want to give up and go back to bed.
Barrymore then divulges that it takes a lot of maintenance and food monitoring to get thin right after pregnancy and urges readers not to compare themselves to those impossible post-pregnancy celebrity bodies as even she had to 'claw her way there'.
The actress claims that living a strict life to maintain a certain figure can 'take a lot of the joy out of life with food', but that she has now found balance. The 'elusive B' that we all struggle to achieve, between hard work and pleasure, between eating a whole pack of biscuits and running a 5k. The Charlie's Angel claims:
It only took 45 years to find myself. Right where I am supposed to be.
Barrymore also sang the praises of her personal trainer and wellness coach Marnie Alton, who helped her with her twenty-pound weight loss journey. In a previous post, the 'Fifty First Dates' actress claims that Alton is 'poetry in a human being' and has helped her through every step of her journey. The pair have known each other for fifteen years, and Barrymore could not seem to be more happy with her friend, she stated:
'It’s not all about being terminators! It’s about how to find yourself. How to be your best self. But we need guidance and we hope our teachers are smart and wise and sane! Marnie is one of the greats. Period.'
