Recently, the star couple bought an iconic property that is the Brown-Sidney house in Bel Air. They paid $29 million in an off-market deal for this prime piece of real estate. Here are all the details of their new purchase.
The Brown-Sidney house
Situated in the swank pocket of L.A., the couple's new abode is said to be spectacular. The 3,795 square feet home consists of three bedrooms and six baths. Sitting atop a 0.78-acre lot, Richard Neutra designed and built the mid-century house in 1955. The home offers an expansive 180-degree view and has been diligently restored for its former occupant, Tom Ford. It combines an old-worldly mid-century charm with modern minimalist designs and a neutral color palette.
The nitty-gritty of the mansion
With floor-to-ceiling glass encompassing the interiors, the home is airy and filled with oodles of natural light. The architects have designed the mansion keeping in mind an open floor plan that is aesthetically supported by clean geometric lines that add to that oomph factor. As per Dirt, the interiors feature various textured materials, plush colors, a fireplace, and a wall-to-wall carpeted living room.
The house comes with a guest house cabana that opens out to an expansive terrace and an enormous swimming pool. Enveloped by tall trees and lush greenery, the home is protected from public view and offers tons of privacy. The hillside landscaping perfectly captures the beauty of the outdoors and even accents a narrow water feature that ties the home together.
