Recently, a MAGA influencer by the name of Ashley St Clair went public to say she had given birth to Elon Musk's thirteenth child. Here's all you should know.
Ashley St Clair claims she had a baby with Elon Musk
Ashley St Clair, a 26-year-old right-wing influencer, took to her own X account to claim she had given birth to Elon Musk's thirteenth child. On Friday 14 February 2025, right on Valentine's Day, the influencer posted:
Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father. I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause.
According to the influencer's representative, Brian Glicklich, Ashley St Clair and Elon Musk met for the first time in person in May 2023, after the billionaire had approached her on social media.
As per The Independent, the pair is said to be working on an agreement on how to both play their parental roles, without being in a relationship, as they are said to be separated. While she does not go into detail about which media outlet has approached her and was planning on revealing that information, Ashley St Clair concluded by asking for privacy. She wrote:
I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment. For that reason, I ask that the media honor our child’s privacy, and refrain from invasive reporting.
Has Elon Musk responded to the claims?
Since Ashley St Clair has gone public, Elon Musk only issued one very simple reaction, which has been interpreted as an answer. Indeed, he responded to a post made by far-right activist Milo Yiannopoulos, who claimed the influencer 'plotted' to 'ensnare' Elon Musk. The billionaire simply wrote: 'whoa'. After that, the billionaire announced he was going 'offline' to spend time on a project.
According to the Daily Mail, the young influencer responded to his reaction, or lack thereof, and said in a comment that has now been deleted:
Elon, we have been trying to communicate for the past several days and you have not responded.
When are you going to reply to us instead of publicly responding to smears from an individual who just posted photos of me in underwear at 15 years old?
Her lawyer also stated that they were waiting for a 'public acknowledgment' from him:
We are waiting for Elon to publicly acknowledge his parental role with Ashley, to end unwarranted speculation, and Ashley trusts that Elon intends to finish their agreement quickly, in the best interests of the wellbeing and security of the child they share
Elon Musk has twelve other children
Like his father Errol Musk, Elon is the proud father of many children born from his relationships with at least three different women. First, he welcomed a child named Alexander Nevada Musk in 2002, with his first wife, sci-fi and fantasy author Justine Wilson. Sadly, the child died from sudden infant death syndrome only ten weeks later. The couple went on to have twins, Griffin and Vivian, in 2004, then triplets, Kai, Saxon and Damian, in 2006. Elon Musk also had three children with singer Grimes: X, Exa Dark Sideræl and Techno Mechanicus, as well as three children with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis: Azure and Strider.
Elon Musk's transgender daughter Vivian cut all ties with her father, in light of his opinions on trans rights. She is the only one who has reacted to the news of a possible thirteenth child, posting a video on TikTok on Saturday 15 February. Vivian also posted a message on Threads:
If I had a nickel for every time that I found out I had a new half-sibling online, I'd have a few nickels—which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened SIX SEPARATE TIMES.
