The iconic home was sold for a sum of $5.65 million. Its buyer is Nancy Cirillo, a businesswoman. As per Architectural Digest, Nancy said:
You walk in, and it wraps around you. It was pretty easy to love.
Being a certified historic landmark, the design of the house is one-of-a-kind. With an exaggerated sloped roof, accompanied by circular rooms, its look and feel sets it a class apart.

The Suspicious Minds singer leased the desert home for $21,000 a year back in the 60s, which was a hefty sum for that area. Covering a total carpet area of 4,695 square feet, the interiors of the home are unlike anything else. With stone-clad walls with exposed rocks and a glass facade that aids in augmenting the view, the home is nothing short of unique.
