Offscreen, however, Joe's real-life girlfriend Nicole has come under fire from fans due to the age gap in their relationship. Model Nicole is 22 years old whilst Joe has just turned 17. The pair have been dating since summer 2017 - meaning they got together when Joe was aged just 15.
Joe frequently posts photographs of himself with Nicole, including a post for their 1-year-anniversary last year and a post for Nicole's 22nd birthday but the posts have attracted many comments from fans slamming their relationship.
