We're in the last two weeks of Love Island 2021 now and the producers seem determined to keep the drama going til the bitter end. So far this week we've had not one, not two but three bombshells arrive in the villa to ruffle some feathers. After Priya Gopaldas and Aaron Simpson entered the villa at the start of last night's episode, Brett Staniland made a shock entrance at the end.

Who is Brett Staniland?
Brett is a 27-year-old male model and PhD student. Although he's originally from Derbyshire, he didn't have as long a journey to the villa as most of the other Islanders as he's been living in Madrid for the past two years while researching cardiovascular disease for his PhD in exercise and health.
While some fans noticed Brett's striking resemblance to Chelsea's Ben Chilwell, Brett does actually have an identical twin called Scott. The pair do a lot of modelling together and are identical mirror twins, meaning their hair naturally parts opposite ways, Brett is left handed while Scott is right handed and they have some blemishes that perfectly mirror each other.
Brett has also played semi-pro football in the past and says his mates would describe him as 'sarcastic' and 'stubborn'. Surprisingly, he says he's never had a serious girlfriend before. Could Love Island be the key to finding someone to settle down with? You never know…
Who does Brett have his eye on?
We saw Brett pulling Chloe and Priya for a chat at the end of last night's episode but he revealed in his pre-Love Island interviews that there are three other girls who have caught his eye. He said:
Millie, Kaz has been a recurring pick for me and maybe Mary. They all seem like really lovely people. I’d go and ask the question for sure. I want to know where their heads are at.
