Who is Adam Peaty?
Adam, who was partnered with professional dancer Katya Jones on Strictly, was on the same series as Holly's sister Tilly. But apart from TV, Adam is a full-time professional swimmer.
Known for his extraordinary talent and sheer dominance in the breaststroke events, Adam has achieved remarkable success as an Olympian and a multiple world-record holder. According to The Guardian, his breakthrough performance came at the 2014 Commonwealth Games held in Glasgow, where he announced his arrival on the international stage with a resounding victory in the 100m breaststroke event.
At the 2016 Rio Olympics, he claimed his first Olympic gold medal in the 100m breaststroke event, setting a new world record with a time of 57.13 seconds. This remarkable achievement established him as the first male British swimmer to win an Olympic gold medal in 28 years. Peaty's dominance in the pool continued at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, where he defended his title in the 100m breaststroke and also secured gold in the newly introduced mixed 4x100m medley relay event.

The Mirror reports that Holly Ramsay, aged 23, whose family is no stranger to disagreements, took to social media to share a stunning black-and-white photo of herself, signaling the status of her relationship with Adam Peaty. The couple exchanged affectionate comments, including a series of love heart emojis, indicating their affection for each other. The photo, posted under the collection entitled 'This week's camera roll [sic],' garnered attention from their followers.
Holly later confirmed Adam Peaty had snapped the picture of her in a bikini via her Instagram stories, adding a camera emoji and tagging her new beau. Adam, 28, reposted the image on his own social media account, confirming their newfound love.
Whispers of a romantic connection between Holly and Adam began to circulate in November, creating speculation among fans and the media. The rumours gained traction when Adam consistently liked Holly's pictures, and she reciprocated by liking some of his snaps.
Adam's previous marriage
According to Metro, before embarking on a romance with Holly, Adam Peaty ended his relationship with Eiri Munro in August of the previous year. The couple, who met during their time at Loughborough University, announced their split on social media. In a heartfelt message, Adam expressed his gratitude towards Eiri and emphasized their commitment to providing a happy and healthy environment for their two-year-old son, George. He wrote:
Eiri and I have decided to go our separate ways. We have enjoyed a wonderful three years together, two of those with our gorgeous son George. Our priority has always been to provide the happiest and healthiest home environment for him, and right now that means ending our romantic relationship.
The athlete added:
I could not ask for a greater mother for George and I am so grateful to Eiri for her amazing support over the last three years. Eiri and George, I’m sorry for letting you down.
Eiri Munro, the mother of Adam's son, also addressed their separation through her social media channels. She wrote:
The last three years have been so, so, amazing. Our little family have experienced so much laughter, love, and joy. You guys have been such a significant part of that.
