Heidi has had a busy schedule recently with her new show Queen of Drags and filming the next season of Germany’s Next Top Model. Unfortunately, this schedule has taken a toll on her and as a result, she is now suffering from something quite horrible.

Heidi’s horrible illness
In her Instagram story, Heidi Klum posted an update on how she is doing health-wise. The 46-year-old is currently appearing on the German network show Queen of Drags and she is also keeping busy off stage.
‘Heidiklum – We’re having lots of fun, what about you?’
But in reality, the model isn’t actually doing so well. She has recently been infected with quite a disgusting illness, as Heidi revealed. A tiny, microscopic parasite managed to make its way into Heidi’s body which has weakened her immune system as a result.
‘That thing has to get out’
‘Isn’t that the nastiest thing you’ve ever seen?’ said Heidi in the Instagram story she posted about the parasite. She revealed that she had been carrying the little intruder for two weeks but had dragged herself to work anyway.
‘Originally I thought I had the flu or something. But not that!’
However, Heidi has now decided to take a break.
‘I’m done. It’s enough for me. That thing has to get out.’ How Heidi managed to become infected with this parasite is still unknown. Check out the video above to find out just how these small animals infect their hosts.
