I’m A Celeb bosses launched the All Stars spin-off for the first time this year. The pre-recorded show gained enough ratings and viewership to return for a second season but it also received backlash from viewers. From not liking the pre-recorded version of the show to lack of public voting, viewers disliked some aspects of the show.

Now, in an attempt to make the second series work with the viewers, show bosses are hoping to bring Katie Price back to the jungle for the third time.
Katie Price lined up to be on I’m A Celeb All Stars
I’m A CelebrityAll Stars also known as I’m A Celebrity South Africa is keen to bring back mum of five - Katie Price - to the all stars spin off in 2024. Katie has already been on the show twice and if she agrees to do the All Stars spin-off it will be the third time on the show.
A source told The Sun:
Bosses were nervous to cast Katie in the first All Stars as they wanted to play it safe with names who wouldn’t do or say anything too controversial.
But while the show did well enough in the ratings to earn a second run, it didn’t have the same impact as the regular show as a lot of viewers didn’t like the pre-recorded format or lack of public vote.
This time around, they want to make a bigger splash by bringing back some of the bigger, more divisive characters from I’m A Celeb history, and Katie is high on the wish list.
Love her or hate her, people can’t stop talking about her and that’s the kind of draw card the South Africa series was lacking last time around.
This comes after Katie Price felt ‘snubbed’ by show bosses this year when she wasn’t approached for the first series of I’m A Celeb South Africa. She has previously slammed the show for not having her and Pete be the first set of ‘legends’ ever. The pre-recorded aspect of the show will also appeal to her, confirmed her friend. They said:
Katie made no secret of the fact she felt ITV snubbed her by not asking her to return to the jungle for a third time, but she would certainly be keen to go back.
The pre-recorded element would appeal to her too, as it would mean the public couldn’t keep voting for her to do the trials, which was one of the reasons she walked the second time around.
