Jada Pinkett Smith makes shocking revelation about Will Smith’s close relationship with his ex-wife

Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith have been known to spill a little too much information when it comes to their relationship. Now, on Wednesday 19 October’s episode of Jada’s Red Table Talk, she reveals how things currently stand with Smith’s ex-wife.

Jada's 'sisterhood' with Smith's ex-wife

Jada invited Smith's first wife, Sheree Zampino, on the show which centred around 'toxic forgiveness'. Jada and the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star revealed how they developed a 'sisterhood' as the previous and current wives of Smith, as reported by Yahoo Entertainment. Their relationship was initially 'messy', because Jada started seeing Smith straight after his divorce from Sheree, and both women possess 'fiery' personalities.

However, Sheree recalled that Jada later apologised:

You were teary, you were very emotional and you said, I just didn’t know.' And basically what you were saying is, I was in the picture too soon'… and you apologized for that.

A shocking revelation

Now, they’re a close blended family. Jada enjoys that Smith and Sheree have a close bond even after their divorce. She even revealed that her husband and his ex wife 'take trips' together when she's not around — which she’s aware will spark 'rumours'. She said:

Never. They take trips, I'm not there. They do their thing…

Not together romantically, but like if he's going on a book tour and his mom is going and his sister, Sheree joins as well.

It's fun for me to watch them enjoy each other. It takes time, though.

We're not having trouble everyone. Let's just make that very clear cause you know that will be the next rumor.

While there is no suggestion that Smith and his ex are anything but friends, the couple is no stranger to infidelity. Jada's ex-lover and American rapper August Anthony Jr., otherwise known as August Alsina, even released a song entitled 'Shake the world'dedicated to his intimate relationship with Smith's wife.
