This comes after Katie recently commented on an Instagram post shared by Kris’s new fiancé Elizabeth Tierney. The happy couple announced their engagement on Instagram on which Katie commented:

Sources have now confirmed that Carl was not too pleased with Katie’s comment and ‘isn’t a fan’ of Kris especially given their past arguments. The car dealer and Katie clashed earlier this year when he accused her of messaging him behind Carl’s back.
The two reportedly visited a luxury resort in April at a similar time when Katie and Carl’s relationship hit the rocks. There were also speculations that the two might have rekindled their romance. As such, the source alleges that Katie doesn’t seem to care and that could have made the couple cut short their holiday, reported Mirror. They said:

This comes after the couple was seen holding hands and kissing in coordinated outfits on Monday. Both of them wore matching palm tree T-shirts in different colours as they kissed for the cameras. The couple went to a cosmetic surgery hospital in Thailand when they were pictured doing the quirky PDA, confirmed MailOnline.
The pair held hands and walked along the street into the clinic. Katie wore a bright yellow T-shirt with eye-catching pick shorts, while Carl wore the same T-shirt in white with black shorts. The couple seemed to have enjoyed their getaway until the unexpected early return.
