A source revealed the news toThe Sun, stating that Katie would be back on Friday, ahead of her scheduled appearances in Birmingham, Derbyshire and Manchester:
Katie left for Turkey this morning - she needs a few days to clear her head after everything that’s been going on. She’s going back to where she stayed after the surgery - she needs to relax and enjoy the sun for a few days. She’ll be back for her make-up classes at the weekend, but needed to get away for a few days.

News of Katie and Carl’s quick getaway follows soon after the 43-year-old hit out on social media, defending her fiance against those who believed he was responsible for her alleged assault.
Carl Woods, who has been engaged to Katie since April, hit out on social media twice following the incident, defending himself against accusers. In his most recent statement, Woods explained his weeks-long online absence, saying he has had the ‘roughest’ month of his life:
People just jump on the bandwagon they start abusing and say the most vile things with no factual information whatsoever. So I had to just go into hiding and shut down.
Carl continued stating that he was a ‘good fella’ and would ‘never do a thing to hurt Katie.’
And anyone that thinks anything different of me - when you know the truth, when I’m allowed to tell the truth, you’ll be eating your words.
Now, it seems that Katie has also come to her fiance’s defence, commenting that last month’s incident had nothing to do with Carl:
FACT, I’ve ALWAYS said DONT believe everything you read in the media and what Carl is saying is true. FACT I’ve NEVER called the police on Carl my police investigation I’m currently going through to a incident a few weeks ago is not to do with Carl.
She continued: ‘This mans mental health is so low and easy to say suicidal. Someone played what they thought was a clever game and involved the media with inaccurate information.’
Katie finished her comment with the hashtag #HarveysLaw, a proposed law launched by Price in 2017 that seeks to criminalise online abuse.

Former glamour model Katie Price was allegedly assaulted in her home in the early hours of August 23rd, resulting in minor injuries to her face. Police that arrived on the scene arrested a 32-year-old man on suspicion of theft, assault and coercive and controlling behaviour.
The man was initially granted bail until September 20th, which was then extended until later this week. According to The Sun, the bail has now been again extended until next month.
