According to The Sun, the 45-year-old is planning to sell her Mucky Mansion and buy another dream house in Yorkshire. Sources claim that Katie is eyeing up a £2.5million mansion in Wakefield, West Yorks. Meanwhile, another article by the publication states that the house is worth £750k.
The star - who despises her real name - is understood to be desperate to move away from her Mucky Mansion near Horsham, West Sussex. The house is in disrepair. A source said:
Katie is sick of the Mucky Mansion and sees no future there now.
She wants to move into her dream home and she reckons this could be it.
Quite how it would work given her financial problems is a mystery, but she’s got it in her head this is happening.
Her new boyfriend is believed to be preparing to flog his Essex home to make the move with her.
Katie’s potential new home
Katie won't be staying down south, with a source revealing Katie's moving 230 miles north to West Yorkshire after being declared bankrupt for a second time. The Sun reported that her new home has six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a ‘leisure wing’ with an indoor pool and gym, a cinema room, a triple garage and views overlooking a golf course.
Katie’s - whose Mucky Mansion was raided - plans have been the talk of the town among Wakefield locals. One said:
The circus is coming to town. I’m sure she’s lovely, but there’s drama wherever she goes.
