Katie Price makes strange confession about upcoming podcast The Katie Price Show

Katie Price, known for her daring cosmetic surgery, has announced that she is releasing a podcast: The Katie Price Show.

The trailer was released on 7 June and the first episode will come out on 29 June.

The Katie Price Show promises to:

tell the whole truth about me and my life.

But in May 2023, at the event The Podcast Show, she made a strange confession …

In an Instagram video posted on 22 June, Katie Price announced the release date of the first episode of her podcast.

In the video, the woman, dressed in all pink, seems over the moon and excited about the launch of the project which is describes as a tell-all about her life.

The pitch says:

We will be talking about everything from weddings, cosmetic surgeries, home life and even ghosts!!

A promising program for all the people that love everything Katie Price and even for the ones who will just be coming for the gossip.

Does Kate Price know what she’s doing?

In May 2023, Katie Price went to The Podcast Show, an event that offers interviews and panels around podcast creators and the business itself.

When the floor opened to questions, Mary Mandefield from BBC Radio One asked her a very simple question: ‘What podcast do you listen to at the moment?’

Katie Price’s answer was not what people expected from a podcast host.

Indeed she confessed that

I have never listened to a podcast in my life. I wouldn’t even know how to download it.

Since Price released the announcement for the first episode people on Twitter have been reacting.

Why is Katie Price speaking at the podcast show 48hrs after announcing there will be a podcast. Makes a mockery of this supposed B2B event for a sector battered by declining £ that REALLY needs to extrapolate itself from the celebrity interview format.
