Reaching rock bottom
The mother-of-five admitted to having reached one of the lowest points in her life after pleading guilty to drink-driving and driving without proper documentation following a car crash last year.
After the sentencing, which saw her having to undergo 100 hours of unpaid work in the community as well as adding a further two years to her driving ban, she was admitted to The Priory—a mental health care facility. In a statement released by the model, she said:
It's been a really difficult time and I'm incredibly sorry for my actions—I'm sincerely grateful nobody was hurt. I realise the damage my actions could have caused not only to another family, but to my own as well. I'm now spending time getting better—mental health is a hidden illness and can strike at any time.

But before actually entering the rehab program, Price admitted to having seriously considered taking her own life as she had reached an emotional breaking point. Thankfully, the thought of having to be there for her children and having them support her through those tough times, are what ultimately saved her life. In the radio interview, she explained:
I tried to kill myself before I ended up in the Priory. The only reason I didn’t was because of my children. So, if my kids weren’t here I wouldn’t be here today. Fact. The kids saved me.
