Katie Price to reveal the celeb who raped her
In September 2009, the 45-year-old claimed that she was sexually abused by a well-known person as a young woman. She previously insisted that she would never name the celebrity because she didn’t want any drama in her life. However, seeing how times have changed and the MeToo movement has encouraged her to speak out.
Katie - who recently revealed she’s mentally not strong enough - is going to reveal the name of the celeb who raped her in her new book. A source told The Sun:
Katie thinks now is the time, she has nothing to lose. After all the me-too stuff she thinks if other people have revealed their sex attackers, why can’t I?
She vows this will be her most shocking book ever, and she’s ready to name and shame.
Further details on the explosive book are not yet revealed by the star. Katie first said she was raped by a famous man on her reality show, What Katie Did Next in 2009. She added that the police never investigated the case as she refused to report it. She said:
I was raped by a celebrity but no, I’ll never name him, I just don’t want the drama.
Katie has been sexually abused more than once
Reportedly, the former glamour model has been sexually abused more than once. Before the admission in 2009, Katie had also revealed that she was sexually assaulted when she was six. According to MailOnline, she was lured by a man into the bushes as she played with her friends in a park and he offered to buy them ice cream if they let him touch them.
In 2018, Katie - who struggles with her mental health - was also sexually assaulted in South Africa at gunpoint. The Mirror reports her abuse was so brutal that it tormented her to the point of suicide.
