Announcing her pregnancy
Back in January, the mother-to-be posted a video montage of the first few months of her pregnancy—from the moment the pregnancy test came back positive to her first ultrasound. In a post on Instagram, she wrote:
Been busy creating life. First came love, then came you. Six months pregnant with our biggest blessing. I've kept this between close friends and family for a while but my beautiful baby bump is getting hard to hide now.
Adding:
We love you so much already baby and cannot wait to meet you. I couldn't do this journey with anyone else other than my best friend.

What is the gender of her baby?
In a picture posted on her Instagram account, the expecting mother revealed she will be having a baby girl as she posed in a pink one-pice with giant pink balloons. The caption read:
BABY GIRL! Mummy and daddy are patiently waiting to meet you. Just a few more weeks.
In an Instagram story, discussing more details of her forthcoming baby, she says she will not publicize the full identity of her baby girl. Salmon goes on to explain that, though she herself chooses to reveal many aspects of her life, she would not like to impose the same to her daughter without her consent. In the story, she said:
She has a name! She’s had one for a long time. We all refer to her by name now. Close family anyway. Her identity will be kept between and among her people though.
Before adding:
I have decided not to share her with the world when she is here. Just because I choose this life doesn’t mean she should. Am not trying to be a mum blogger, just an amazing mum that I will be and do in private.
