The 26-year-old Islander took to her social media to share some intimate thoughts with her followers about the tough breakup she went through with her Love Island co-star.

Why did they break up?
After only three months of dating, the couple called it quits in December 2021. Initially, Kaz did not share too many details that explained the reason for the sudden breakup, but in a recent video posted on her YouTube channel, the fashion blogger revealed everything. In the candid video, she said:
Obviously I am single now, I was in a relationship the last time I was on this channel.I learned so much from that breakup and period of time. At the end of the day some relationships work, and some don't and this one just didn't.
And added:
I was never faking it, I never acted up online for it, I was very much myself and I was how I would be in any other relationship, so I gave my 100 per cent and I don't think I was fully appreciated, but that's just life.

'I have lost a lot of my confidence'
She also explained that having her relationship be scrutinised—often under a microscope for the world to see and judge—added a lot of strain and pressure on her mental health. She went on to say:
What is really hard is Twitter... When everything happened even before we confirmed anything everyone gave their opinions. I get it, on one hand everyone is entitled to their opinion that's fine, and a lot of people saw things that I didn't see at the time. I was very naïve. It's okay it's fine.
Ultimately, the social media influencer has said that she has come out of the experience with scars that are still healing, as she says she lost a lot of her confidence but is slowly building it back up.
