The reality TV star and the Blink-182 drummer just spent a huge fortune on their new seaside home. The home that previously belonged to Conan O’Brien is located in Carpinteria, California. The $14.5 million home is an expansive four-bedroom and three-and-a-half-bathroom house that spans over 2142 square feet of living space, as per Architectural Digest. It offers the best of both worlds - a scenic setting with opulence and luxury surrounding it.

Although the structure of the home was built in 1957, the house has been remodeled as per contemporary standards. The property sits at the beachfront on about half an acre of land. Surrounded by palm trees, it consists of a main house and a two-bedroom guest house next to it.
It is the epitome of luxury, with features such as a stylish kitchen, balconies, al-fresco dining options, decks, and a breathtaking view of the ocean. The house also allegedly comes with a sound-proof balcony and a Tesla charging station.
