Things have taken another turn, as they have officially listed their Beverly Hills mansion for sale. Despite buying the luxury mansion in 2018, the duo has also maintained their own separate homes. In fact, they allegedly always have lived separately.
Now, as things are hot and cold between the two of them, they have decided to part ways with their contemporary European-inspired villa in LA, which is deemed to be a sophisticated home.
Kylie and Travis’ L.A. Mansion
As per People, the couple paid $13.5 million for their home when they bought it four years ago, and now they’ve listed it for $21.9 million. They will be making a great profit with a return on investment if it does get sold for the listed amount. Both Kylie and Travis hold an equal (50-50) share in the 1.1-acre estate. The 9,680 square foot luxury property boasts seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. And it is said to be a palatial structure. They have listed it with Tom Fridman of Compass.

The mansion follows a modern contemporary style through and through, with free-flowing spaces. As per Dirt, the luxury home features a neutral color palette, oak flooring, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to the expansive gardens that engulf the house. With amenities such as a swimming pool, spa, garage, home theatre, and built-in BBQ, it is said to be nothing short of opulent, as per Architectural Digest.
The mansion also features a billiards room, a lounge, and a family room. Overlooking the Century City skyline, the mansion sits on top of a hillside perch, surrounded by lush manicured grounds.
