Payne’s family organised the intimate service where his dark blue coffin was adorned with white roses. It had heartfelt floral tributes on it that read ‘son’ and ‘daddy’ and arrived on a horse-drawn carriage. The church was surrounded by close friends, family, and some of the most significant figures from Payne’s life and career.

The private funeral was held by his parents Geoff and Karen, and several members of his family were in attendance including his two sisters Nicola and Ruth. Cheryl, Payne’s former partner and the mother of his son, also attended along with their seven-year-old Bear.
Payne’s One Direction bandmates—Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik, and Niall Horan—were also on the list of mourners.

His family have gone to great lengths to put together the perfect service and give him the send-off he deserves.
Liam may have been a global superstar but to Geoff and Karen, he will always be their little boy.

One of Liam Payne's 'dear friends' was missing from the guest list
Amongst the star-studded guest list, one notable name was missing.
Roger Nores - a controversial figure in the days leading up to the singer’s untimely death - was absent from the funeral. It has been reported by several media that Nores was Liam's manager, however he has denied those claims and said that Liam was his 'dear friend.'
Manager or not, it has been alleged that Nores was at the Casa Sur Hotel when Payne fell from the third-floor balcony. Moreover, there is mounting speculation that he is one of the three people who have been charged in connection to his death. Another allegation that Nores has since denied.
However given the uncertain circumstances that surround Nores, it has been reported that he was explicitly uninvited to the service. A source told The Sun:
Liam's family want his funeral to go off without a hitch and right now opinions are strained when it comes to Roger.
It's true he and Liam had a bond but he's never been popular when it comes to Liam's wider circle.
Adding:
Many people didn't even know Liam and Roger had reconnected until his fateful trip to Argentina last month. Due to the ongoing investigation in Argentina, he's not welcome at this week's service.
