A life long insecurity
Earlier this week, Haynes took to Instagram to partially document her trip to Manchester to get a rhinoplasty—something she had been looking forward to for a long time. In an Instagram story, the social media influencer was seen make-up free in a hospital gown in preparation for the life-changing surgery. After the procedure was done, she checked back in with her followers for a little update. She said:
I'm now out of surgery! Everything went well and I'm all good. I will try to get back to as many messages as I can, big love x. This is hands down my biggest insecurity and has been for so LONG.

'Living like this isn't healthy for me'
Lillie went on to explain that the surgery was very meaningful to her as it had been an insecurity that she claims has prevented her from living an authentically fulfilling life. She also said that in order for her to be inwardly at peace, she needed to feel outwardly confident and happy:
When I had my first phone call with my mum after Love Island one of my first questions was 'what's the comments on my nose'
And added:
Living like this isn't healthy for me and although it doesn't fully stop me going out and living life, I do think once I'm happy with myself on the outer shell the real true happy lillie can finally live freely.
