Lizzo is also a new homeowner, yet again. She used to live in a $26 million mansion. The star has either downsized or is holding on to her old residence. The ‘Truth Hurts’ singer recently bought a house in Beverly Hills for $15 million. And it is nothing short of luxurious.
Lizzo’s new ‘treehouse’
Previously owned by the popular singer and actor Harry Styles, the house is said to have its own musical history. As per Los Angeles Magazine, the property is nested inside a gated community, and the residence is all of 5300 sq feet. The property is often referred to as a ‘luxe treehouse', as it is bordered by oak trees. This was Styles’ first-ever residence when he moved to the US.
Features of the house
As per Architectural Digest, the stylish mansion boasts a 58-foot infinity pool and is a modernist take on a treehouse, designed by Sam Gnatovich and Alexi Rennalls of SIMO Design. They bought the house from Styles, demolished the original structure, and incorporated a more modern design into the mansion.
The house is rumored to have three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two powder rooms. The bathroom is also said to have a floor-to-ceiling marble slab wall that separates it from the bedroom. With wood panels, natural elements, and an open-aired atrium, it captures the spirit of the outdoors in a luxurious setting. Its kitchen is said to have an expansive solid stone quartzite island and a chic walnut cabinetry.
It also boasts a scenic view of the canyons, multiple terraces and decks, and a gorgeous movie theater, among so many other opulent amenities.
