It was revealed just days ago that Arabella Chi and Adam Maxted have failed to sustain their relationship outside the villa. Now, it is understood that Joanna Chimonides and Chris Taylor's connection has also not worked out.
Joanna Chimonides to appear in a new dating show with PLT
This comes as Joanna is set to appear in a new dating series with PrettyLittleThing - PrettyLittleFling. The 27-year-old influencer revealed she enjoyed a string of dates on the show and confirmed that she and Chris are just friends.
Teasing about her new dating reality show venture which releases on March 17, Joanna revealed:
After not finding love in the villa, I’m excited to try and find my match on this new series with PLT and Krispy Kreme.
We had so much fun filming and I’m excited for you all to watch me (hopefully) find love over some unicorn doughnuts!
The dating series will see former Love Island star Indiyah Polack play cupid to Joanna, Anastasia Kingsnorth and Bryon Denton and set up dates with 10 bachelors. The new series is launched by Krispy Kreme and PrettyLittleThing in collaboration, confirms MailOnline.
Joanna Chimonide and Chris Taylor’s connection
Joanna’s confirmation of her friendship with Chris comes after the two allegedly tried to form a connection outside the villa as well. When the show ended, the two revealed during the finale/reunion episode that ‘they were still talking and hanging out.’ The pair didn’t shut down the possibility of a future romance, according to MailOnline.
Chris Taylor - who allegedly going to to quit the show - also revealed that he fancied Joanna for 4 years before she entered the villa. He sat down with show host Maya Jama and talked about his feelings towards Joanna, despite the couple having some rocky days. He explained:
I fancied Joanna for a good four years, so when she walked in I was excited.
It got left at a really awkward point when we were smack bang in the middle of figuring out what it could have been so we are left with questions.
