Love Island: Photos of Kady McDermott and her secret boyfriend go viral

Love Island’sseries 2 star Kady McDermott has been one of the most controversial Islanders on the show. Starting from the rumours about her returning to the show to getting slammed for being on the show, Kady has not really been a fan favourite.

Her reluctance to ‘crack on’ with any boy in the villa sparked speculations that she might have a boyfriend outside. And that may be truer than ever now!

While many fans were convinced that Kady’s lowkey appearance on the show may be because of her secret boyfriend outside, many were also not sure about it. Most of them demanded to see photos of the two together to believe if the rumours are actually true or just another media-spun story.

It is understood that in February 2022, Kady and her alleged boyfriend Liam Greer went on a romantic getaway to the Maldives. Photos obtained by MailOnline reveal the loved-up couple sunbathing during their romantic break at the £1500-a-night Ayada Maldives.

They were snapped sharing a sun lounger and sipping cocktails and coconuts.

The vacation took place after Laim - a 30-year-old father of three - was charged with money laundering. He pleaded guilty to laundering £359,000 at Harrow Crown Court in April this year and is due to be sentenced next month. The man can possibly face a jail term of up to five years.

Apart from the lavish Maldives vacation, the two are understood to have spent valentines together at London's exclusive Bvlgari Hotel last year. The couple also took a trip to Ibiza in September 2022 and reportedly had a ‘farewell’ dinner before Kady’s departure to the villa.

Liam - who is in a lot of legal trouble right now - was believed to be living with Kady in her renovated Hertfordshire bungalow. Kady’s neighbours have reported seeing Liam heading out to the local gym and supermarket many times.
