The Cornwall native surfer, who was on series 5 of Love Island, shared intimate details on Instagram about how she was affected by negative comments and online hate following her debut on the much-viewed ITV reality tv series. "This quote really hit home with me today. Over the past 9 months or so I've struggled with getting back into modelling. Although I've been involved in shoots it hasn't really given me the thrill I used to get and, at one stage, my self-esteem hit an all time low. This was mainly because I listened to people who told me I wasn't good enough and after a time I started to believe them. Sometimes it's difficult to see how other peoples comments, remarks and insecurities are affecting your life."

Lucie has amassed significant success after Love Island and has gained a whopping 1.6 million follower fanbase, and despite the odd negative comment she does receive a lot of love from her fans. And there is truly no surprise why... she is simply gorgeous!
