On September 4, Love Island star Amy Hart announced some pretty big news on her Instagram. Her partner, Sam Rason, decided to pop the question during their big night out in London—and she said yes!
The couple have been together since 2021, which is when she went public with the relationship. They have welcomed their first child in 2022, Stanley Samuel Giles Rason. Despite their already very steady relationship, it looks like the proposal did come as a huge surprise to Hart. She said in her announcement post:
And he said…hey, whatcha doin’ the rest of your life?”💍 Well and truly the biggest surprise ever ❤️ We are so happy 😍 (literally thought I was watching show rehearsals hence why I have no shoes on-Amz x)
Amy Hart is engaged!
Her comments section has been flooded with warm messages from fans and big stars, including Love Islanders, congratulating her on the great news. Amber Gill, who was also on series 5 of Love Island said:

Who is Sam Rason?
Unlike Amy Hart, who got her popularity from hit show Love Island, there is not much known about Samuel Rason.
According to OK! Magazine, he is a model, businessman, and entrepreneur who studied in Bournemouth University. As per Rason's LinkedIn account, he is the founder of Viva City, which is:
A WeChat Mini Program SaaS solution for Real Estate, Hospitality, Tourism & Services businesses.
He says that he is 'very proud to be running Viva City', where they help businesses 'utilise WeChat mini programs to increase direct sales opportunity and improve customer experience for Chinese customers.'
When it comes to his modeling career, it appears that he was in a 2016 Easter advertisement for Aldi. But since then, this model has been focusing on being a businessman and father.
