Romantic Getaway
Reportedly, 40-year-old Ben had been swept off his feet by the charming Love Islander, who wasn’t interested in dating him initially. According to Ben’s friends, AJ had joked she would only go on a date with Ben if he would win his MMA championship which will take place in the next two months. But it looks like the hunk has won over AJ quicker than he expected due to her cheeky persona. A source told MailOnline:
Ben and AJ have grown close training together and while they have tried to keep their relationship platonic there's no denying the chemistry between them.
Ben is determined to show AJ how much she means to him and taking her away really gives them both the chance to be alone and get to know each other better.
Having both been unlucky in love, they are taking things slowly, but Ben couldn't resist treating AJ to a romantic trip away.
AJ, who earlier confessed to being afraid that people only date her for her fame, has apparently agreed to go on a romantic getaway to Cyprus on Thursday morning with Ben. A friend of AJ’s confirmed:
It's early days but AJ is really fond of Ben and they have a great laugh together.
She wants to get to know him better before getting in a fully-fledged relationship but it's looking positive between them.
Unlucky in Love
The alleged couple has been seriously unlucky in love in their past relationship. The 29-year-old beauty entered the villa last year a little late but eventually got dumped as she wasn’t able to find a connection. She had a short fling with Toby before he went back to his initial interest, Chloe Burrows. Earlier this year, she also confessed that her dating life is just awful as people want to get with her for fame.
Meanwhile Ben has been single ever since he gave birth to his daughter Siena Grace in 2018. The reality TV star has had a string of failed relationships himself.
