Molly-Mae changes habits after burglary
The couple have since moved out of the apartment, but the experience has continued to affect Molly-Mae’s lifestyle. During an appearance on Steven Bartlett’s Diary of a CEO podcast, Molly-Mae opened up about some of the changes she’s made in her life since the robbery. She said:
It's finding this new way of living, and having close protection security now, and moving and making sure not even my nail tech so much as comes to my house. Because I can't have anybody knowing where I live now - even Deliveroo, no, can't, it's just not possible, it's just not safe. It takes one wrong person to know where you live... It's sad that at 22 years old you have to think that way.
She went on to say that she rarely wears jewellery since the break-in and is now ‘spending a fortune’ on 24/7 security. She has also avoided giving fans a house tour of her ‘incredible’ new home out of fear it may give away the location.
Molly-Mae’s social media break
Molly-Mae has also taken a bit of a step back from social media, recently deleting the Twitter app, which she describes as ‘toxic and horrendous’. She has made a return to Instagram Stories though, after taking a brief break.
