The 26-year-old made an appearance on GMB to warn others about the realities of drink spiking after falling victim on a night out in 2020 and waking up in A&E.

No recollection of the events
The social media influencer explained that she was out with friends right after lockdown restrictions of the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic were lifted in the UK. After enjoying a couple of drinks she blacked out but was luckily found by friends in a ladies toilet cubicle. During the interview she said:
The next thing that happened to me was that I was found passed out in a ladies toilet cubicle.I didn't really comprehend it until maybe a day after, as my memory, I have no recollection of anything, apart from being there one minute and then waking up in A&E the next.
When asked whether she or her friends could pinpoint the moment in which the lacing happened, she replied:
Yeah, we do, but I think it's very hard to prove, because there were things we could have done at the time that we just didn't know we could have done at the time. That's why it's so important to talk about now so that, in the future, people in my situation know what to do

'Education is key'
The former Love Islander has now most recently posted on Instagram to talk about the importance for nightclubs to become Drink Spiking Awareaccredited. She explains that this certification will disallow further incidences from taking place. She wrote:
The interactive training covers all the key information that venues need to know about spiking. Including what drink spiking is, what substances are used to spike drinks, the symptoms of drink spiking, and the consequences of drinking spiking on businesses. Education is key when tackling something like spiking!
