Since leaving the villa, she’s remained in the headlines after rekindling her romance with footballer Aaron Connelly. The couple were rumoured to have been secretly together while Lucinda was on Love Island although she’s denied this.

Speculation about her relationship status isn’t the only thing Lucinda has had to deal with since leaving the villa. Speaking to the Daily Star, the 21-year-old admitted that there’s ‘not much’ she doesn’t like about being famous but admitted there are some downsides to being an ex-Islander. She revealed:
I expected most things to happen, but the weirdest thing is getting the weird elderly man that try to hit it up in those message requests - those sugar daddy messages - I feel like everyone has them crop up. Obviously I ignore them and I don't reply. I am quite closed when it comes to replying back to random people like that.

Lucinda—who has almost 750,000 followers on Instagram—also admitted that she’s not a big fan of people recognising her when she’s not got any makeup on and said trolls ‘aren’t great’. Despite these downsides, she’s delighted that Love Island has led to a collaboration with I Saw It First, saying:
Finding out about the collaboration was a pinch me moment really. I feel like I'm living the dream at the moment. It's so surreal that even my mum gets messages from her friends to say they saw me on a TV advert, to even think about getting any bigger than this feels insane.
