Madonna has retaliated against Instagram for removing her latest series of steamy photographs, exposing her nipple in a picture carousel. The 63-year-old singer posted a bunch of stunning pictures of herself sprawled over and beneath a large white blanket on Wednesday evening.

The hot bod beauty was wearing lingerie and flashing her nipples in a couple of posted pictures. As the star did not leave much to people’s imagination in her raw and bold photos, Instagram took them down owing to partial nudity.
Astound at the sexism
After the pictures were removed, Madonna took over to her Instagram and posted them again while shaming the social media platform for being too sexist. With 17 million followers on Instagram, she went boldly ahead and penned down her feelings:
I’m reposting photographs Instagram took down without warning or notification…..The reason they gave my management that does not handle my account was that a small portion of my nipple was exposed.
It is still astounding to me that we live in a culture that allows every inch of a woman’s body to be shown except a nipple. As if that is the only part of a woman’s anatomy that could be sexualized.
The nipple that nourishes the baby! Can’t a man's nipple be experienced as erotic??!!(sic) And what about a woman’s a** which is never censored anywhere.
The reposted photos now have a heart emoji covering her nipples, solely so that they would not be taken down, and her message is sent to people loud and clear.
All hail misogyny?
Madonna has been pretty bold in her approach to things. A few months ago, she did a photoshoot that is rumoured to be a recreation of Marilyn Monroe’s death. Needless to say, she was bashed with several negative comments and actions even then. As such, in her Instagram caption rant, she went on to say:
Giving thanks that I have managed to maintain my sanity through four decades of censorship…… sexism……ageism and misogyny.
Perfectly timed with the lies we have been raised to believe about the pilgrims peacefully breaking bread with the Native American Indians when they landed on Plymouth Rock!
To sum up her frustration for Instagram and for the nation collectively, she ended the caption with a controversial hashtag:
God bless America #artistsareheretodisturbthepeace
